Refund Policy

PraiseWall offers a 30-day no-questions refund for eligible subscription purchases. The 30-day period begins on the applicable purchase date. Contact the published support route within that period and identify the subscription or activation information needed to locate the purchase.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing, although the receiving bank or card issuer may require additional time.

If a subscription has already renewed, the refund request should identify the renewal in question. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal but does not itself determine whether an already processed charge is refundable; eligibility is assessed under this policy and applicable law.

Trial charges are handled according to the checkout terms. A trial described as “Free for 14 days. No credit card required. Nothing is charged during the trial.” does not itself create a charge during those 14 days.

Digital activation is delivered by email, so there is no shipping return process. If an activation email does not arrive, check spam or junk folders and contact support using the configured company contact information.

Where a purchase includes a promotional code, the refund calculation follows the amount actually charged for the eligible purchase. A discount does not create a cash value beyond the amount paid.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Where a law provides a non-waivable remedy, that remedy remains available.

For transparency, the same core refund terms are presented at relevant checkout and plan surfaces: 30-day no-questions refund and 5–7 business days to the original payment method. If a production billing processor has additional procedural requirements, those requirements will be shown at the point of purchase.

The policy can be updated for future purchases. The version applicable to a transaction is the version presented at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
